The story of Kumar Linkers Realty begins with its visionary founder, Mr. Naren Kumar. A professionally qualified Civil Engineer, Mr. Kumar built a strong foundation in the construction and infrastructure sector with over a decade of experience at reputed companies like Bharat Overseas Construction Ltd. and Vam Organic Chemicals Ltd. (now Jubilant Organisis Ltd.). This technical and managerial background gave him deep insight into both the engineering and business sides of real estate.
On 17th April 1993, he established the firm under the name "M/s Kumar Estate Linkers", driven by the mission to bring transparency, trust, and professionalism into property transactions. Recognizing the company's rapid growth and expanding reputation, he transitioned it into a private limited company in 1999, now known as Kumar Linkers (Estate) Pvt. Ltd.
Over the years, Mr. Kumar has collaborated with some of the most renowned builders in Delhi NCR, leading sales and marketing initiatives for their flagship projects. His ability to blend engineering expertise with customer-first service has been the cornerstone of Kumar Linkers Realty's success for more than three decades.
